Refund & Cancellation Policy

Who processes your payment
RessaTools is operated by Joao Victor Baierle Arantes Desenvolvimento de Software LTDA. Our paid plans are sold and billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the transaction, applicable sales tax and VAT, and appears on your card or bank statement. Cancellations and refunds are processed through Paddle, in accordance with Paddle's buyer terms.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. Email us within that period and we will refund the payment in full.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a paid plan at any time. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and then does not renew, so you are not charged again. You can cancel from your account's billing area, or by emailing us (below).
How to cancel or request a refund
Email joaoarantes.dev@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll take care of it. RessaTools is an independent project run by a single developer, so you'll get a reply directly.
