Who we are
RessaTools is operated by Joao Victor Baierle Arantes Desenvolvimento de Software LTDA (“RessaTools”, “we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of the RessaTools website and tools.
Using RessaTools
RessaTools provides a set of web-based tools, offered as-is. You may use the free tiers without an account. You are responsible for the files and content you process with the tools.
Availability
RessaTools is early and evolving. Tools may change, and availability is not guaranteed. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes to paid plans.
Paid plans
Some tools offer a paid plan. Its price and exactly what it includes are shown on that tool's page before you buy. Paid plans are billed as a recurring monthly subscription unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who also handles applicable sales tax and VAT and appears on your statement.
Refunds & cancellation
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. You can also cancel a subscription at any time; when you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and then does not renew. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RessaTools is not liable for losses arising from use of the tools. Always keep your own copies of important files.
